Whenever you receive a new lead, you will get an email and SMS notifying and requesting you to do one of these;
- If you wish to reply to the lead, click “Accept’
- If you are not interested in the lead, click ‘Reject’
However, you have to respond quickly to the leads as you will be charged for a lead if there is no response from your end within the response time allotted to you.
For example, in case of the lead sent below, if the business does not respond by clicking on either ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’ within the expiry time, 21:39:22 hours, the business will be charged for the lead.
You may also pause your leads using the “Pause” Button to avoid incoming leads when you are not available to attend to them, for example; when you are out of town.
Peradventure, you are unable to handle a certain amount of leads per day, you may also limit the number of incoming leads to the number of your choice as seen below. Simply, click edit next to the keyword you want to limit leads for.
Endeavor, therefore, to reject the leads you do not want to accept in order to avoid being charged for leads you are not interested in.
